How long does my order take to ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and chosen carrier. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking when your package ships.

What is your return policy?

Returns accepted no more than 7 days within delivery date for unused, resalable items in original condition. Vinyl records must be returned in their original packaging with sleeves intact. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case we’ll provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.
